Dakota Enterprises oversees a portfolio of a dozen multifamily developments (and counting) across the greater Houston area and specializes in providing market-rate housing to Houston and Texas’ growing workforce community. Dakota Enterprises operates under a full-service approach, managing all aspects of the development process from start to finish, including financing, ground-up construction and/or rehabilitation, leasing and property management.

We provide a better quality of life at an affordable price point to Houston’s and Texas’ growing workforce community. Through ongoing rehabilitation and new development of safe, inviting and high-quality multifamily properties that enable residents to stay in the neighborhoods they’ve come to know, we are building upon and providing value to the diversity and heritage within each local community. As part of our ongoing mission, we are working within each respective community to give back to and improve upon educational and familial efforts.
