Port Houston Internship

Deadline to submit your application is May 11, 2024.

We are now accepting Summer 2024 internship applications. Port Houston’s Internship Program is a 12-week program that takes place in-person at our local Houston facilities from May – August 2024. Students must be currently enrolled in and have already completed two semesters in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. 

Intern Requirements:

• 2025/2026 graduation status preferred (junior/senior level)
• May 2024 graduates are not eligible
• Students must either attend a Houston area college/university or have a permanent residence within a commutable distance
• Students must be in good academic standing to apply for an internship; a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.7 is preferred 
• Students must be able to work throughout the established twelve-week (11 to 12) program dates, in-person
