L.E.A.D. East End invests in the development and coaching of next level management. This programs targets individuals and companies who have prioritized the importance of taking their career and businesses to the next level. This educational series focuses on leveraging the professional development opportunity with the importance of involvement in the community. L.E.A.D. is comprised of seven sessions that are customized experiences led by East End Business and Community leaders sharing best practices facing emerging leaders in today’s business environment.
