CHRISTUS Back-to-School Summer Bash

Description

This is an annual event where CHRISTUS Mobile Clinic, CHRISTUS St. Mary's Clinic and CHRISTUS School Based Clinics come together to increase health awareness through education and prevention and to assist families and students with preparation for the upcoming school year. This event will equip families in the East End and surrounding neighborhoods with vital health services, resources and school supplies needed to get off to a great start. We will offer FREE Immunizations to children, FREE school physicals, FREE dental screenings, FREE visions screenings, and fun activities for the kids. The children will also get free lunch and free backpacks with essentials school supplies.
